Full Journal pdf2006-05-06 House Journal Page 3732 HB 441 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3716) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) "An Act relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence; relating to court-ordered treatment programs for certain offenders and offenses; amending Rule 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) "An Act relating to criminal sentencing; relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence; relating to court-ordered treatment programs for certain offenders and offenses; amending Rule 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 441(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 441(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes.
